Join the waitlist for United StatesBy the time the job ad is out, every agency has already reached out
The moment to get in touch is the week someone left and nobody has taken the job. 9 in 10 companies we find have no job ad out yet.
Who left, when, and who to contact
Open a lead to see what happened, whether now is a good time to contact them, and who to contact.
How it works
Someone leaves
We see the job change on their LinkedIn profile, in the roles you place.
We check if they are hiring again
A new hire in the same role or a job ad for it. Promotions and internal moves are left out.
You get who to contact
The head of the team that lost someone, HR or the CEO, with their LinkedIn profile and a first message.
Where the leads come from
Every job change in your roles, not only the people you know
We follow the public LinkedIn profiles of everyone in 29 roles. When one of them leaves, you get the company, the role, the month and where they went.
Every new job ad, read daily
A lead shows whether the company is advertising the role right now, with the ad.
Three years of accounts for every company
Payroll, number of employees and a new CEO from the official company register, so growing companies come first.

Questions
Who is it for?
Recruiters, executive search firms, staffing and interim agencies, and HR service providers: anyone who wins work when a role opens up.
What is in a lead?
One row per company: who left, their role, the month they left, where they went, any matching job ad, and who to contact with their LinkedIn profile. Email addresses and phone numbers are not included.
Is every lead an open role?
No. A departure is a reason to get in touch, not a confirmed vacancy. Some companies replace the person, some reorganise. The first conversation tells you which.
How is this different from job-change alerts?
Alerts follow the people you saved. We follow everyone we cover in the roles you place, group departures by company, check whether the company is hiring again and add who to contact.
How fresh is it?
A departure shows up once the person updates their profile, often a few weeks after the move. Each lead shows the month they left.
Which roles do you cover?
29 roles in leadership, HR, sales, IT and finance, depending on the place. Tell us which roles you place if they are missing.
Where does the data come from?
Public LinkedIn profiles, job ads and the official company register. All public, tied to the company and dated.
